Mike Breed - President, Kamtech Services

Mr. Breed joined Lauren in 1985 and currently serves as President of Kamtech Services and Vice President over Lauren’s manufacturing facility.  He is responsible for leading the operations of Kamtech Services, a Canadian building trades contractor, as well as overseeing Lauren’s fabrication and manufacturing efforts in the United States.  In addition to these roles, he is also a member of the company’s Executive Committee. 

 

Mr. Breed has 40 years of experience in managing the execution and successful completion of construction contracts and has served in leadership positions within fabrication, estimating and project support.  Specifically, he has extensive project experience in nuclear and non-nuclear power generation, industrial process and forestry industries, and served as Piping Superintendent and System Completion Coordinator for a joint venture contract at the Hanford Nuclear Power Station in Richard, Washington.  He previously served as Vice President of Operations and as Chief Estimator of Comstock Mechanical of Atlanta, Georgia and as Project Manager for Wallace Power & Industrial Company.

 

Mr. Breed attended the University of California and the University of Idaho, as well as the Construction Institute for Construction Supervision.
