Leslie Hammond - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hammond joined Lauren in 2005 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer.  He is responsible for the financial concerns of The Lauren Corporation, a holding company for all Lauren assets, and is a member of the company’s Executive Committee. Mr. Hammond has 30 years of experience in public accounting, financial accounting management and financial systems consulting.

 

Before joining Lauren, Mr. Hammond served as an independent consultant to the United States Department of Labor in Washington, D.C.  Previously, he was employed by KPMG, LLP/ KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint, Inc.) as a manager in the firm’s Oracle consulting practice, where he led systems implementations for multiple Fortune 500 companies.  Mr. Hammond was also Controller for Pittencrieff Communications, Inc. of Abilene, a publicly traded wireless communications concern. 

 

Mr. Hammond is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.
