What comes to mind when you think of a good brand? For most people it is a distinguishing logo, something which sets one company apart from their competitors. While that is an important part of branding, at Lauren we consider this as a secondary component. We believe that our primary brand is our word, and that our brand is only as valuable as our commitment to do what we say we will do.
