TXU Power has selected Lauren Engineers & Constructors, Inc. as the general contractor to provide a SES Scrubber Upgrade for Unit 4 at TXU’s Sandow Power Plant located at Rockdale, Texas. Work will begin in September 8, 2006 and will be completed by November 8, 2006. In addition to the Scrubber Upgrade, Lauren will be providing services for four smaller projects that will run concurrently. By adding Lauren Industrial Services to our ongoing and expanding engineering services to TXU, Lauren is quickly becoming an integral part of their projects, maintenance, and outage services resource.
