Lauren is currently the Engineer of Record for the Lake Side Power Plant in Vineyard, Utah. The facility is a 500MW combine cycle power generation facility driven by 2 Siemens 501 F machines. Siemens Power Generation in Orlando, Florida has teamed with Siemens Power Engineering in Delhi, India and Lauren for the design of this facility.

Lauren is also currently working with Siemens Power Generation on a plant enhancement and upgrade project for CFE at their Tula Utility Plant Units 3 &4 Tula, Mexico. Lauren is responsible for the study, redesign and upgrading of the auxiliary cooling water and circulating water systems.
