Project Management
Project management involves the planning, scheduling, and controlling of project activities to meet project objectives. Ultimately, the project manager is responsible for the performance of the project team in attaining the project goals, including safety, quality, cost and schedule. A primary purpose of project management at Lauren Engineers & Constructors is to ensure that the work processes flow horizontally across company lines, as well as vertically within each department in accomplishing the project goals and satisfying our clients.
At Lauren Engineers & Constructors we use state of the art industry standards for planning, scheduling, procurement, communication, documentation, progress and productivity measurement, and cost tracking.
The goals of project management are:
